TEN50, also known as 1050 S. Grand, is a 22-story retail and residential tower in Downtown Los Angeles with three below-grade levels. HansonLA was the design architect and Adamson the executive architect.

The square excavation used two and three rows of tiebacks. Deep wet and dry utilities, including a communications vault immediately beside the shoring bulkhead, required local coordination and corner bracing.

Monitoring was used during pile installation beside an existing brick building so movement could be tracked as the shoring was installed.
